Pool Staff Lifeguards / Learn to Swim Instructors / Pool Attendants
The Norridge Park District is accepting applications for seasonal pool staff. We offer flexible hours and competitive wages. This is a great opportunity for first time employment. You will build friendships and develop lasting relationships while learning discipline and a strong work ethic. We follow American Red Cross Lifeguard standards and provide training to potential applicants. If you are looking for a fantastic summer job complete an on-line employee application. Park Supervisor
Norridge is now accepting applications for the position of “Park Supervisor” (evening and weekend shifts). Applicants must be 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma. A vital part of the park district team, park supervisors are responsible for facility oversight, room set-up, and community relations during evening and weekend hours.

Fitness Center Registrar (Front Desk)
Norridge is now accepting applications for the position of “Fitness Center Registrar” (evening and weekend shifts). Applicants must be 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma. Registrars are responsible for managing the district fitness center, taking registration, and light cleaning during evening and weekend hours.
Parks Department
The parks department has part-time seasonal positions available. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License. Position requires extended hours outdoors with potential exposure to extreme weather conditions. Hours generally range from 7:00am-3:00pm but may vary due to special events or scheduling.
Early Care & Preschool Academy / Summer Camp
The Norridge Park District Early Care, Preschool Academy & School Age department is continuously looking for part-time seasonal and year round staff. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age (18 years old for specific positions) and have a previous background working with children between the ages of 2-12 years of age.
