How to Register
Register in person at the Norridge Recreation Center or Pool & Fitness Center, or online.
First-time online users must create a family profile. After setup, you will receive confirmation within 48 business hours to begin registering.
Residency & Identification
For your first registration, residents must provide two proofs of residency, including one photo ID. Acceptable documents include:
Valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport
Utility bill, lease, tax bill, or voter registration card (must be current and in the registrant’s name)
A birth certificate is required for children to verify age and parent/guardian information.
All registrations are first come, first served.
Program fees are not prorated for late registration.
By registering, you agree to the Park District waiver included on your receipt.

We accept:
Cash
Personal checks (subject to a $25 returned check fee)
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Money orders
Please make checks payable to Norridge Park District.
Fair Share Policy
Residents contribute to Park District operations through property taxes. Non-residents pay higher “fair share” program fees to contribute equitably to the cost of services.
Residency Pass
Non-residents may purchase a $185 annual Residency Pass, giving their household resident-rate pricing for one full year.
Excludes: Early Care and Preschool Academy and intergovernmental partnership programs. Programs limited to one season per activity (e.g., one pool pass, one season of soccer).
Waiting Lists
If a program reaches capacity, a waiting list will be created. When possible, additional classes may be added.
Refunds
Programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment or instructor changes. If this occurs, participants may choose an alternate program, receive an account credit, or request a full refund.
No cash refunds. Refund checks are mailed within 3–5 weeks; credit card refunds go back to the original card.

Before a Program Begins
Full refund minus a $5 service fee if cancelled 48 business hours before the first class.
After a Program Begins
Refunds issued only during the first half of a session and only for illness with a doctor’s note.
No refunds during the second half of a session.
Special Refund Policies
Contracted programs: Pro-rated illness refunds may not be available.
Trips & Adult Sports: Must give 48-hour notice and the spot must be filled.
Early Care & Preschool Academy: Follows its own refund policy; contact the facility for details.
Insurance Notice
Recreational activities involve inherent risks. While safety is a priority, the Park District does not provide medical accident insurance. Participants should review their personal coverage.
Photography Disclaimer
Photos may be taken during Park District programs and events for promotional use. If you prefer your image not be used, please contact the Park District Main Office.
